Because juggling everything as a mom, wife, career woman, entrepreneur can be exhausting. I remember being laughed at during a girls talk because I shared these two “scheduled sex” I was looked at like an outcast. Ladies there’s nothing wrong with scheduling sex. Here’s my take… 

A woman is already assumed to have super powers, I mean let’s be honest our plates are full!! I would rather please my husband and put on a memorable performance than to half ass the show because I’m exhausted. 

Not all men prefer quickies. Some men actually pay attention to details during sex and how can you perform at your best, when all you’re thinking about is how laundry needs to get done, if the kids completed their homework, what’s for dinner tomorrow? 

Schedule a few days out of the week to be really present in the moment. Put on a romantic concert, make love to him real good, and don’t forget to urinate that semen out to prevent BV.
