Why having a vaginal care regimen is key to a healthy vagina.

A regimen is the holy grail to a healthy pH.
A lot of times women are focused on products alone when in actuality products is just a third of maintaining great vaginal health. A vaginal care regimen consist of products, diet, and vaginal care habits. If I could be really honest, you can have the BEST products in the world but if you don’t have a working regimen (heavy on the “working) then you’ll visit your gyno as often as a pregnant woman. Here’s a few tips.
  1. Products: Once you establish the best products for your vagina, (you know…those products that be having your yoni craving for more of (let me just insert YONI FX products here) lol. Stick with them. Yes I know, inflation is hella real and everything is too expensive but don’t short your yoni. Your feminine care budget is just as important.
  2. Diet: that’s typically going to require the most effort and all those things you prefer not to always do and or eat. Your body needs water daily to flush out toxins. Replace some of those sweets with fruits and veggies. Take a probiotic daily along with a multivitamin. Try not to consume heavy amounts of garlic, onion, and or broccoli as it can cause vaginal odor.
  3. Vaginal Care Habits: Yes you may me busy at work or running your business but don’t ever be too busy to not change out your pads and tampons frequently. Saturated sanitary essentials can increase your risk of getting a vaginal infection. If the man is constantly upsetting your PH, make him were a condom (that should also require another conversation but that’s a blog for another day hunty) I know you love a good soak after dealing with those kids (trust me I get it, I got those too) but listen soaking in bath water or any water is the quickest way to get Bv. Try not to exceed soaking twice a week and when you do, drop the Original Yoni Bomb into your water to protect your Ph.

It may take a few months to get a regimen going. Your vagina may have to experience a few infections but have patience and hold on.

If you’ve finally found a working regimen, what advice can you leave in the comments for our readers?
